1. Registration Disclaimer

In the event of circumstances beyond our control that result in the cancellation of all or part of the Aruba Open Beach Tennis Championships, Beach Tennis Aruba will refund any eligible portion of the registration fee, as determined by the organization. No other refunds, reimbursements, or compensation will be provided for expenses such as travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.

2. Ticket Purchase Disclaimer

For ticketed events, all sales are final unless the event is cancelled in full. In such cases, Beach Tennis Aruba will refund the ticket price paid, excluding any service or processing fees. We are not responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.

3. Copyright & Media Waiver

By registering for or attending the Aruba Open Beach Tennis Championships, participants, spectators, and guests grant Beach Tennis Aruba the right to capture, use, and reproduce photographs, video, and other media of the event — including their likeness — for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, in perpetuity and without compensation. All copyrights for such materials remain the property of Beach Tennis Aruba.

4. General Disclaimer

Beach Tennis Aruba, its partners, sponsors, and affiliates accept no responsibility for any death, injury, loss, damage, cost, or expense suffered by any person — including participants, accompanying persons, partners, or caregivers — before, during, or after the event. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from:

• Services provided by third-party companies.

• War, civil unrest, terrorist activity.

• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions.

• Technical failures or interruptions.

• Governmental or regulatory actions.

All participants and attendees are responsible for their own safety, conduct, and belongings while at the event and during any associated activities.

5. Find a Partner Tool Disclaimer

The “Find a Partner” table is provided as a public resource to help players connect for all Aruba Open 2025 event categories. By submitting your details, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All information is shared voluntarily and will be visible to the public.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

• Aruba Open and Beach Tennis Aruba are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, communications between players, or any arrangements made as a result of using this tool.

• Use of this tool does not guarantee that you will find a partner for any event.

• The organizers reserve the right to edit, remove, or disable entries and/or the tool in cases of misuse or inappropriate content.

 

5. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing tickets to, or attending the Aruba Open Beach Tennis Championships, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
